Would love to invite you to our April gathering on the last day of the month (Tuesday,30th of April).
We have a couple of lovely guest speakers to come and share their knowledge/products, and we are also looking forward to discuss few alternatives and parenting choices, that can help to reduce waste in our homes. One of our speaker is Elisabeth from Babywearing Nelson. This lovely collective is here to provide a sling library so people can go and try and hire different baby carriers they are curious about, or considering buying their own.
Elisabeth will be able to inform you about safety guidelines and will be there to help you with adjustments of your own carriers if needed. Bring along any burning questions you may about carriers and baby wearing.
We will also have the beautiful Julie from Woohoo NANA handmade reusable products for the whole family. She will bring along her washable pads & breast pads. I am using her products for a while, and I am in love with them.
We would love to hold an open space to discuss cloth nappy options, and nappy free parenting options as well.
Everyone is welcome! Expecting mummies, and Mummies with little babies or young children. The space is child friendly and our aim is to build community, and to bring mummies together. Teas and coffee will be provided. It is a free Event, but KOHA is appreciated. 100% of KOHA will go to support a wonderful non profit organization called Bellyful. You can read more about their wonderful work at www.bellyful.org.nz
